The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide inverse (opposite) exposure to investment returns of the broad U.S. large capitalization equity market by selling S&P 500 futures contracts and S&P Select Sector futures contracts and/or engaging in short sales of U.S. equity ETFs and other U.S. equity securities. Under normal market conditions, it will invest not less than 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments that create or result in short (or inverse) exposure to U.S. equity securities. The fund is non-diversified.
